Onboarding

This article guides you through the step-by-step automated onboarding process.

Soon after signing up, you will be taken to the first step of the automated onboarding process. If for some reason you were unable to complete the onboarding process the first time, or you wish to start over, click here.

Step 1 - Click on the "Sign in with Google" button.

Step 2 - To proceed:

  • Use a Google account that has access to all the Google Business Profiles you wish to manage.

  • If you lack access, request an invitation from your digital/IT/social media team via the Google Business Profiles dashboard.

  • For detailed instructions on inviting users, refer to this Google guide.

Step 3 - Click on continue button to agree to the privacy policy and terms of service of Google.


Step 4 - Ensure you select all permissions in the next step, particularly the 'See, edit, create, and delete your Google business listings' option. We will only use the see option, but since Google provides it as a bundled permission, all permissions must be selected to fetch and show all locations in upcoming step.


Step 5 - Select all your business locations that you want to connect on Cloodot reviews. Now click on the connect button to complete the onboarding process.


Congratulations!!! You are now ready to start using Cloodot reviews.
