The review requests page enables you to send review requests messages to customers via text, helping you gather valuable feedback efficiently.
Review Requests page shows detailed information about review requests you've sent, including the recipient's name, email, phone number, the date sent, and their open and click status.
Sending a review request
To send a review request text message to customers:
Click on the Review Request button (refer to the image above). This button will be available at the top right corner of all dashboard pages.
The 'Send a Review Request' card will open (as shown in the image below).
Enter customer's name and phone number (as shown in the image below).
A default location is pre-selected. To choose a different location for sending a review request, click the location selector button to view all locations (as shown in the image below).
You are all set to click that 'Send' button!
Notes:
When sending a request to a US or Canadian number (which uses the '+1' country code), you do not need to add the country code.
For numbers in all other countries, you must include the country code.
Default Number: If you haven't set up your own number, review requests will be sent from a Cloodot-owned number.

View details of sent review requests
To view details of sent review requests, access the Review Requests page by clicking Review Requests in the navigation menu on the left side of the dashboard.
In the Review Requests page, you can view detailed information about all the review requests that have been sent out. Here's what you will find in the table on this page:
Name, Email, and Phone: Contact details of the customers who received the review requests.
Date Sent: The specific date when each review request was sent.
Open and Click Status: Tracks whether the message has been opened and if the link within it was clicked.
