Yes, you can! The best part is, unlike other tools, on Cloodot reviews, you wont have to switch between locations to manage reviews. All reviews will be shown in a single list in chronological order with options to filter reviews based on multiple parameters.
What if I don't want to mix different types of businesses (with multiple locations) that I have?
On Cloodot reviews, you have the option to create multiple organizations for each of your businesses and add locations corresponding to them. Under multi organisation setup, reviews from one organisation won't be shown in the other. You will have to switch between organisations.
Users
How many users can I add?
You can add multiple users to an organisation. The number of which depends on the plan you have subscribed to though.

Can't I try sending review invitations during my trial?
You can send review invites but it will be a maximum of 3 - 5 invites per month.
Which number will be used to send reviews to my customers?
Default Number: If you haven't set up your own number, review requests will be sent from a Cloodot-owned number.

Posters
I don't like any of your poster designs. Can I get a custom design?
We have a custom poster designer within the posters section with which you could change colour, font, structure, etc. of posters. But if you want something truly unique for your brand, we are open to the idea of customising a poster design for you. Please note, such customisations are billable services.
