Use AI to compose a response
Click on Magic reply button to get a reply composed by AI to the customer's review. After composing is completed, click the "reply" button to post your response.
Manually compose a response
Click on the review reply text box (#4 in the above image) to start composing your reply to the customer's review. Ensure the response is thoughtful and addresses any concerns raised. After composing, click the "reply" button to post your response.
