Business Metrics
This card displays various statistics related to the activities on your Google business profile:
Call Clicks: The number of times customers clicked the call button to reach out to your business directly.
Website Clicks: The number of times customers clicked the website button to learn more about your business online.
Direction Requests: The number of times customers clicked the directions button to navigate to your business location.
Business Bookings: The number of bookings made by customers via your GBP to schedule services or appointments.
Reviews analytics
This card displays various statistics related to the reviews you receive:
Critical: Shows total number of 1, 2, and 3 stars reviews that include comments.
Haven't replied: Indicates the total number of reviews that have not yet received a response from you.
Replied: Reflects the total number of reviews to which you have responded.
Total: Represents the cumulative number of reviews received.
Review requests analytics
This card provides insights into the review request messages sent to customers:
Sent: The total number of review request messages you have sent out.
Opened: The number of these messages that have been opened by customers.
Clicked: The number of these links (in the messages) that have been clicked by customers.
If no location filters are applied, all the numbers displayed on these cards represent cumulative results from all your connected locations, providing a comprehensive overview of your review and request analytics.
Locations performance analytics
This card provides insights into the review performance of each connected location:
Average rating: Represents the total number of review request messages sent.
Reviews: Indicates the total number of reviews received by a location.
Filters
To customize your results based on different time ranges, you can easily select from one of the four options available at the top right corner of each card on our platform. Here are the time range options you can choose from:
Week: View results from the current week.
Month: View results from the current month.
Year: View results from the current year.
All time: View results without any time restriction.
Simply click on your preferred time range to update the data displayed according to your needs.
