Changing Profile Details and Password
To change profile settings and change/update password, please follow these steps:
Navigate to the Settings page on your account.
Click Profile from settings menu items or click here.
This section provides guidance on how to update your profile details and password settings across two distinct cards:
Profile
Here, you can change your profile name. To do so:
Enter the new name you wish to use.
Click the Save button to confirm the changes.
Your updated profile name will be displayed across all applicable areas, such as on review cards indicating who replied to a review.
Password and Security
To update your password:
Enter your current password followed by the new password you wish to set.
Click the Save button to update your password.
If you do not remember your current password:
Log out of your account.
Use the Reset Password option on the sign-in page to set a new password.
These updates will help ensure that your account details are current and secure.
